At the tender age of eleven I started baking, working with my Grand Mama! I had a knack for it and soon I was baking items on my own. My MuM taught me some of her tricks which we have perfected.
During the many stages of life, I would be focused on baking, then got distracted, then back to baking. Throughout my entire life, I have modeled, won competitions, traveled the world, worked as a facilities director and within the spaces of doing all that and more, I always return to baking.
The ability to create something deliciously tasty from scratch with your hands is rewarding at the core level and today I am thrilled say, I do this full time and Love it!
