Biography

Yoel Cruz is the executive chef at North Square Restaurant, a New American bistro in Greenwich Village. Yoel began his culinary career at Arizona 2006, and has worked at La Goulue, Brasserie Café, Universal Grill, Mary’s Restaurant, and Tapika. Yoel’s seasonal cooking reflects his French, Italian and Southwestern influences, and his own background as a native of Mexico.
