Biography

Yuchun Cheng has worked in restaurants and the hospitality industry since he was 19 years old. He first became a line cook at Pecking Duck House and in just one year became Sous Chef. Then at the age of 26, Yuchun became Chef de Cuisine at China Blue in 2016. Now he is the Executive Chef at Little Alley. Chef Yuchen specializes in Chinese fare, in particular Shanghainese cuisine.
