Chef Sam Mason has worked in some of the most highly acclaimed and innovative kitchens in the United States, standing shoulder to shoulder next to superchefs Wyile Dufresne, Alain Ducasse and Paul Leibrandt. He’s become an ice cream innovator with his muchlauded Oddfellows ice cream parlors (where he makes daring pairings like foie gras and peanut butter ice cream). Most recently, he’s been at the helm of the recently re-booted Bedford Post Inn, an 18th-century rustic, acclaimed eatery in Westchester County owned by Richard Gere.
If you don’t live near the Bedford Post Inn, have no fear. Chef Mason is bringing it to you—to a chic dining space inside the Bank of America building at Bryant Park. At this only-at-the-NYCWFF event, Chef Mason is going to give you a taste of the new Bedford Post Inn.
