Perelman is one of the internet's most successful food bloggers and has gone from a self-taught chef to a best-selling author in the past decade. Her blog focuses on fearless cooking from a tiny kitchen where she obsessively tests her recipes to make sure that no bowls are wasted and that the results are always worth the effort. Her third book, Smitten Kitchen Keepers: New Classics for Your Forever Files, includes 100 new recipes (plus a few old favorites from her site) that aim to make shopping easier, preparation more practical and enjoyable and food more reliably delicious for the home cook.
