For more than 60 years, Veselka has been serving up traditional Ukrainian food in the heart of the East Village. This year, Veselka is bringing their expertise to NYCWFF to teach you how to make their oh-so comforting pierogi. Veselka is known for their classic fillings like meat, potato and cheese as well as innovative combinations like short rib and goat cheese with arugula. Try your hand at filling and folding these Ukrainian-style dumplings with the best in the business, then enjoy the delicious fruits of your labor!
Proceeds from this class will benefit an organization focused on aiding the citizens of Ukraine.
Participants in this class are required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
