Le Brunch with Boulud
We are thrilled and excited to welcome superstar Chef Daniel Boulud back to NYCWFF. But this time, he's welcoming us (and you) to his lauded Boulud Sud, a restaurant near Lincoln Center focusing on the southern Mediterranean (with French influence, of course).
Join this world-renowned culinary authority for a truly exclusive brunch. Boulud has earned multiple James Beard Awards and Michelin stars and is a global restaurateur/chef bringing contemporary appeal to traditional French cuisine. This Mediterranean-themed meal, with hints of North Africa, will be one brunch to remember. You'll enjoy a unique, fresh approach to fine dining with perfect wine pairings to complement each unforgettable dish. This will certainly be a NYCWFF experience to brag about.
Joining Chef Boulud is Spice Master Lior Lev Sercarz, Chef and Owner of La Boîte, the New York-based global spice brand for professional chefs, culinary enthusiasts, and home cooks featuring single and crafted spice blends sourced from farmers and producers from around the world. Lior’s fourth book, A Middle Eastern Pantry: Essential Ingredients for Classic and Contemporary Recipes, will serve as inspiration for elements of the brunch.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
Each group will receive a copy of Lior’s new cookbook, A Middle Eastern Pantry (Clarkson Potter/Ten Speed, June 2023).
