Chef Esther Choi, host of Food Network's 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing and author of Hand Taste: Cook Like a Korean Grandmother, joins Chef Andrew Zimmern, Emmy and James Beard Award-winning television personality, chef and champion of global food cultures, for a dinner that brings together two distinctive culinary voices united by a shared passion for discovery, storytelling and exceptional food.
Known for her modern interpretation of Korean cuisine, Choi draws inspiration from family recipes, while Zimmern's decades of culinary exploration have taken him around the world in search of remarkable flavors and food traditions. Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu that reflects those influences, blending bold flavors, unexpected combinations and the spirit of curiosity that defines both chefs.
