Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, acclaimed chef, cookbook author and current judge on Food Network's 100 Cooks, joins forces with Chef Mario Emilio Vitolo, the second-generation restaurateur behind the legendary Emilio's Ballato, and Chef Anthony Vitolo, whose own celebrated Italian restaurants continue his family's culinary legacy. Hosted at Clara, Guarnaschelli's restaurant at The New York Historical, this intimate evening blends Guarnaschelli's refined, ingredient-driven approach with the Vitolo family's deep connection to the classic Italian American traditions that have made Emilio's Ballato a New York institution.
