Joined by her brother, Al Nurdjaja, and their mother, JoAnn, Ayesha shares a deeply personal dining experience that celebrates the people and memories behind the food.

Together, the family presents a multi-course menu inspired by the bold Eastern Mediterranean flavors and vibrant spices that have made Shukette one of New York City's most celebrated restaurants. Drawing inspiration from the Indonesian heritage and the dishes that brought their family together, each course offers a glimpse into the culture, experiences and influences that continue to shape Ayesha's cooking today.
