Chad White joined IPIC Theaters in 2020 and currently leads culinary innovation and operations across the organization’s four distinct brands (IPIC Theaters, Serena Pastificio, City Perch Kitchen + Bar and The Tuck Room). Known for his creativity and passion for food, he develops engaging, original dishes that support both brand and studio partnerships.
Since joining, Chad has revitalized the company’s culinary offerings—reintroducing guest-favorites while expanding the menu to elevate the guest experience. In 2021, he helmed the launch of IPIC’s newest restaurant concept, Serena Pastificio, followed by the successful menu relaunch of City Perch in 2022.
Today, Chad oversees a national network of culinary teams, guiding the execution of bi-annual seasonal menus, monthly features, limited-time specials, and imaginative Happy Hour programming across all locations.
