In 2017, Corrado brought his passion across the Atlantic, immersing himself in the dynamic food scenes of New York and New Jersey. His mission was clear: to preserve the rich traditions of Naples while sharing them with a new audience. That vision came to life in 2020 with the founding of Culto Italiano Catering, a company dedicated to delivering handcrafted, heritage-driven Italian dishes that evoke the warmth and flavor of his homeland.
Corrado’s artistry has captivated a prestigious clientele. He has had the privilege of cooking for global icons like Kevin Costner, Paul McCartney, Tom Hanks, and Amy Schumer, as well as respected journalists such as Kristine Johnson (CBS), Natalie Pascarella, and Tracy Wolfson (NBC).
