His culinary journey began at just 13 years old in his family’s pizzeria, where he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the craft, culture, and soul of traditional Italian cuisine.

In 2017, Corrado brought his passion across the Atlantic, immersing himself in the dynamic food scenes of New York and New Jersey. His mission was clear: to preserve the rich traditions of Naples while sharing them with a new audience. That vision came to life in 2020 with the founding of Culto Italiano Catering, a company dedicated to delivering handcrafted, heritage-driven Italian dishes that evoke the warmth and flavor of his homeland.
