Ed Cotton is the Executive Chef/Partner of Jack & Charlie’s no.118 in NYC. His decades-long career has landed him in the kitchens of some of the country’s most notable chefs, including Todd English, Barbara Lynch, Daniel Boulud, Laurent Tourondel, and David Burke. He also started Ed Cotton Consulting in 2017, where he worked on recipe development for many businesses, restaurants, dining concepts, and magazines. In addition to his professional work, Cotton served as Sous Chef for Iron Chef Cat Cora on Food Network’s “Iron Chef America,” came in runner-up on Season 7 of Bravo’s “Top Chef” in Washington D.C., and won against Bobby Flay on Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay.”
