Chef Ed Carew has over 30 years of experience under his ever expanding belt. Originally from the midwest, Carew started cooking in college town bars and eventually found himself at Culinary Institute of America. After graduating Ed traveled south to New York, landing a job at Gramercy Tavern and never looked back. Over the next 100 years Carew has owned and run many kitchens but always had his eye on pizza, which has been brought to fruition with See No Evil Pizza, a modern day shop serving New York City’s most iconic dish.
