Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian is a globally renowned chef, restaurateur, TV host, and national best-selling cookbook author, who has dedicated his career to inspiring, teaching and sharing the art of cooking and living well.

His technical mastery was honed over his five-year rise at Le Cirque, and then throughout a series of apprenticeships across Western Europe. His restaurant empire over the years has earned him countless accolades – including a trio of coveted Three-Star Reviews from the New York Times. His newest restaurant project, Geoffrey Zakarian, is a contemporary American restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria in Doha, Qatar set to open Fall of 2023. 

Highlights from his television career on Food Network include his ongoing role as co-host for over 400 episodes of “The Kitchen” (Emmy Award Nominee), his 50-season tenure as a judge on “Chopped,” and his international status as Iron Chef Zakarian on “Iron Chef America.” Considered one of the world’s most highly skilled and best-dressed chefs, he regularly appears on morning and prime-time television to share his culinary expertise and signature style.

With an eye for design and to bring his decades of knowledge and expertise into the homes of cooks everywhere, Zakarian has a best-selling line of cookware, kitchen tools, and gourmet food and pantry staples.  He seeks out the best ingredients and strives to deliver the best innovations in cookware and tools for home use, giving the consumer unparalleled access to restaurant-quality goods. Zakarian products are found in various retailers and most notably online on Amazon and QVC. 

Corner Table Entertainment, Geoffrey’s emerging multi-media production company, has created podcasts, televised charity fundraisers, prime time shows and holiday specials.  His most recent work is a documentary about the restaurant industry titled, “Turning Tables: Cooking, Serving and Surviving the Global Pandemic”, a co-production documentary with Katie Couric, Robert DeNiro and Tribeca Films.

Outside of his professional work, he is an avid supporter in the fight against hunger in NYC serving as Chair of the Food Council for City Harvest, in addition to sitting on their board of directors.
