As a chef, he loves to create over-the-top versions of dishes, earning him 9 Guinness World Records in food related categories. Growing up in New York, Chef Joe has spent almost 37 years working as the creative director of the legendary restaurant/general store, Serendipity 3, helping to make New York a sweeter place.
