Joe Vadakkedam is a New York based food content creator known for calling out from his fire escape, “If I could cook you one meal, what would it be?” He has gained millions of followers by cooking for people passing through the streets of NYC. His work has been featured in numerous articles and even showcased live on Good Morning America. Beyond the kitchen, he designed the USA Men’s Basketball championship shirts worn by players on the team, including superstar LeBron James, after their gold medal win at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
When he’s not cooking up a storm, you’ll probably catch him biking through the streets of New York or enjoying a competitive game of pickleball.
