Marzella Fierro is the R&D Manager of Beverage and Savory at Paris Baguette, where she channels her creativity, heritage, and industry experience into developing innovative menu offerings. A proud Mexican-American, Marzella’s culinary journey began in her abuelita’s kitchen, where she first discovered her love for baking. It continued through her father’s food manufacturing business, where she gained hands-on experience from a young age, helping with farmers’ markets, caterings, cafés, and a restaurant.

She went on to earn her Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry from Hudson County Community College and has since built a diverse and dynamic career in the culinary world. Her previous roles include Sous Pastry Chef at Melange Bakery OTG and By Chloe, and Training & Development Manager at Paris Baguette, where she helped shape talent across the brand.

Marzella is inspired by everyday flavors, cultural memory, and a love of approachable food that surprises and delights. Whether crafting comforting savory creations or seasonal beverages, she brings heart, curiosity, and a deep respect for flavor and quality to everything she makes.
