    Chef Michele Brogioni has worked for some of the most distinguished global organizations and restaurants within the French-Italian fine dining industry. His talent stems from a combination of natural inclination and acquired expertise from more than 27 years of experience within the industry.

    Mr. Brogioni began his career in 1989 when he was recruited by Italy’s Formula One Racing Team as Chef de Cuisine, preparing an array of meals and catered offerings for drivers, VIP guests and racing sponsors. This was followed by a rapid progression up the career ladder, including appointments as Sous Chef de Cuisine at Locanda Dell’Amorosa, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Sinalunga, Italy; Chef de Cuisine at Il Falconiere Relais & Châteaux, a Michelin-starred and Relais & Châteaux restaurant in Cortona, Italy; and Consulting Chef at Out of Blue Resort, in Crete, Greece, during which time it was the recipient of the “Best Italian Restaurant” in Greece award.

    In 2002, Mr. Brogioni was headhunted by the prestigious Maison-Dellos family of restaurants as Chef de Cuisine at CDL Restaurant, an exclusive restaurant in Moscow, which was awarded “Best Italian Restaurant” under his leadership. In the years spent in Moscow, he progressed on to Chef de Cuisines at the Michelin-starred Restaurant Le Duc, then Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Turandot, which at the time was “The World’s Most Expensive Restaurant” and from 2008 through 2012, he joined the Casta Diva Restaurant in Moscow, as Executive Chef.

    From 2008 through 2012, Mr. Brogioni also acted as Executive Chef at Dellos Catering, carrying out prestigious catering appointments for State Dinners put on the by Kremlin Palace in honor of visiting foreign dignitaries, including President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, and prominent world banquets, including those put on by the 2014 Olympic Games and the World Economic Forum. Chef Brogioni moved then to the United States to spearhead the start-up of Dellos Catering’s U.S.-based culinary operations, quickly establishing himself, and rapidly securing commissions by high-status brands.

    Upon arriving in the United States, Mr. Brogioni continued to showcase his culinary artistry at a number of high end restaurants. In July of 2016, Mr. Brogioni joined Armani Ristorante 5th Avenue as Executive Chef where he and his team offered guests authentic Italian cuisine in an elegant and relaxed setting.

    In 2022 Chef Michele joined CORE:, as the brand’s Global Culinary Director. In his new role, Mr. Brogioni will oversee all nine of CORE:’s food and beverage outlets across its three locations in New York, San Francisco, and Milan. Each location will include a restaurant, a speakeasy, and culinary lab to showcase chefs from around the world.

    Chef Michele’s inspiration stems from cooking alongside his father at a young age, where he learned the importance of elegance, flavor, and, above all, respect for the product. Along with the skills he learned from his father, he carries the experiences from his many travels into the kitchen. Chef Michele is a fanatic for pasta and holds the Risotto at CORE: as one of his favorites.
