Chef Robert C. Hale is a dynamic and accomplished culinary and marketing professional with a strong background in foodservice management, culinary and brand marketing, and hospitality industry advocacy. He brings a unique blend of creative vision and operational expertise, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships across the chef and restaurant community. Currently serving as the Corporate Executive Chef and Brand Ambassador for Cangshan Cutlery and New Star Foodservice, Chef Hale leads national initiatives that showcase high-performance culinary tools and engage chefs across all sectors of hospitality.
Previously, he was the Corporate Chef and Manager of Culinary & Foodservice at the Texas Beef Council, where he championed culinary strategy, led impactful chef education programs, and expanded the reach of the award-winning Beef Loving Chefs brand. Before that, Chef Hale held the role of Director of Marketing and Corporate
Relations for the Texas Restaurant Association, where he supported culinary education, led statewide brand initiatives, and built strong alliances with key industry partners.
