Rodrigo Nogueira is a chef by trade and the founder of No More, a non-alcoholic cocktail brand based in New York. Originally from Brazil, Rodrigo spent more than twenty years leading kitchens across the country, including cooking under Tom Colicchio at Colicchio & Sons and serving as a corporate chef for Michael Mina. Three years ago he made a bet: that people were starting to socialize differently, and that non-alcoholic options were about to matter far more than the industry assumed. He felt no one had taken the space seriously, from either a product or a venue standpoint. The market had become oversaturated with hobbyists and clichés, ignoring the vast majority of people looking to cut their drinking down a little, not join the sobriety cult. He moved back to New York to build for it and prove the concept. No More Cocktails are culinary-forward, non-alcoholic adult drinks, with the depth and body you would expect from a proper cocktail. No extracts, no “natural fla vors,” no added preservatives. Its flagship, No More Cafe in the East Village, is an all-day room that functions as a space built for connection and discovery, and represents a different option for how people socialize. No More has never been about abstinence, and it has no interest in championing the sober movement. It is about adding options to people’s rotations, and taking some of the drinking obligation off the table. NOMORECOCKTAILS.SHOP EAST VILLAGE, NEW YORK
