La Maison Tachon is known for its refined, seasonal desserts, ranging from entremets and tarts to elevated baked goods like financiers, sablés, and banana bread. Each item is thoughtfully developed to balance tradition with originality, drawing from Sarah’s roots and culinary curiosity.

What began as a small-scale operation quickly found a loyal following, thanks to Sarah’s signature style: desserts that feel personal, polished, and full of care. Today, La Maison Tachon supplies select NYC coffee shops, takes online orders, and hosts a weekly Saturday pop-up at Oak & Iron Bar, where new creations are introduced and tested directly with the community.
