Ashley has been part of the Jean-Georges team for the past four years and currently oversees pastry at abcV, abc cocina & abc kitchen in Flatiron. She leads the dessert program across all three concepts, developing menus grounded in seasonality. Ashley studied pastry in Philadelphia before beginning her career at Lacroix at The Rittenhouse. She later worked at The Modern & went on to gain experience at Per Se and The French Laundry. In 2019, she received the Per Se Scholarship to train at Pierre Hermé in Paris, as well as the Ment’or BKB Grant to work at Room4Dessert in Bali. Ashley values every step of her journey and creates desserts with intention and respect for seasonality.
