Cisco started out as a Barback at Raines, training under many of the outgoing generation of NYC cocktail bartenders who have now gone on to international recognition. Cisco learned quick and rose fast, making it onto our Main Bar Team in under 2 years. Since then, he has continued to distinguish himself among his peers here in New York and beyond. Last year marked another milestone for Francisco as he adopted the title of Head Bartender of the Raines Law Room Chelsea, a role which puts him in a position of great trust and responsibility. He continues to work closely with Meaghan Dorman, and his raw
