She leads the Haiti Uncovered Culinary Tour, exploring Haitian culture through food. Her 2020 book, “Taste of Solitude: A Culinary Journal,” reflects her self-discovery journey during the pandemic lockdown.
In addition to her writing, Nadège is a business strategist, leads a successful real estate venture, co-owns an event rental space, and teaches entrepreneurship and culinary to New York youth and adults. She empowers communities through consulting, online mentoring, workshops, and brand management, all while elevating the Fleurimond brand.

Born in Haiti, Nadège learned to cook from her father at the age of 8. Her restaurant venture, BunNan, focuses on plantains and cultural connections. She has been featured on Food Network’s “Chopped,” HBO’s, The Big Brunch and profiled in Epicurious, Food & Wine Magazine, and Condé Nast travel. Her catering company, Fleurimond Events is one of the exclusive caterers serving The Times Center. Nadège holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Columbia University.
