Peter Jin began his career in Las Vegas, working at New York-New York Hotel & Casino, The Venetian, and the Bellagio, where he built a strong foundation in high-volume, luxury hotel and restaurant operations.
From there, Peter moved to Seattle to work under James Beard Award-winning chef Maria Hines. His time with the Maria Hines Restaurant Group deepened his understanding of ingredient-driven cuisine and sustainable kitchen practices, influencing his approach to quality and hospitality.
Peter then expanded internationally, relocating to Hong Kong where he worked with several well-known restaurant groups across Asia. He was involved in multiple openings and helped manage operations for brands with regional footprints, gaining firsthand experience in adapting concepts to diverse markets and building teams across cultures.
After returning to the U.S., Peter settled in New York City, where he played a key role in opening Hotel 50 Bowery in Chinatown. He later helped launch the first NYC location of a London-based restaurant group in Hudson Yards. Following that, he led the opening of Beefbar, a Monaco-based international steakhouse brand, bringing its globally recognized identity to the New York market.
With a background that includes boutique hotels, fine dining, and international brand expansion, Peter brings a grounded, operations-focused approach to hospitality leadership. He’s known for building strong teams, managing smooth openings, and creating consistent guest experiences across a range of concepts and settings.
