Dine with Two Michelin Men
Join Michelin-starred chefs Michael White and Wilfrid Hocquet for a luxurious meal exclusively at NYCWFF. For two decades, Michael White has been one of the leading chefs in New York City, previously at the helm of Altamarea Group’s impressive roster of restaurants including Ai Fiori, Marea and Osteria Morini. During the pandemic he stepped away from his NYC kitchens and took over as chef at Lido Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club in the Hamptons. Now, he’s back in the city at the newly reopened Lamb’s Club in the Chatwal Hotel serving a New American menu with a lighter menu (there’s only one pasta!) and putting his own twist on the historic space. He will be joined by Wilfrid Hocquet, a native of France who started cooking at a young age and went on to work under renowned chefs in France, Monaco, New York and now Thailand where he serves as the Executive Head Chef of Blue by Alain Ducasse. Hocquet is known for his respect for tradition, heritage and classic flavors paired with creative twists and modern presentation. Chef White and the Lamb's Club are opening their doors to NYCWFF for an exclusive dinner that will combine these chefs' impeccable technique and quest for innovation for a menu featuring truffle tartare, uni crostini, lobster, duck and an illy chocolate mousse, all expertly paired with wines from Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to complement each course.
