Growing up in a vibrant Cuban household in Miami, he was immersed in the rich flavors and traditions of Cuban cuisine from a young age. This early exposure to bold, fresh ingredients sparked a lifelong love of cooking, which has been shaped by a diverse culinary journey.
With over 20 years of experience working across the country and abroad, Chef Fuerte has had the privilege of exploring and mastering a variety of cuisines, from classic French and Italian to modern fusion and international
street food. He has worked in top kitchens from hotels and restaurants, including JW Marriot NYC and Swissotel the Stamford Singapore, where he perfected the art of combining traditional techniques with contemporary flair.
