With over 20 years of experience working across the country and abroad, Chef Fuerte has explored and mastered a variety of cuisines, from classic French and Italian to modern fusion and international street food.
He has worked in top kitchens, including JW Marriot NYC and Swissotel the Stamford Singapore, where he perfected the art of combining traditional techniques with contemporary flair.
