Hosted by celebrity chef and James Beard Award–winner Andrew Zimmern, the day features briny oysters, buttery scallops, crispy fried clams, vibrant ceviches and every ocean-fresh bite you can imagine. NYC’s top chefs and restaurants bring their creativity to the table, while crisp wines, craft cocktails and refreshing Modelo's keep the celebration flowing.
