Chef Zimmern, a four-time James Beard Award winner and globally recognized champion of adventurous eating, teams up with White, the chef known as “Chef Bianco,” credited with redefining Italian cuisine in New York City over the past two decades. His acclaimed restaurants—including the Michelin-starred Marea, Osteria Morini, and his latest, Santi—have earned widespread acclaim and helped shape the city’s dining landscape.
Together, they’ll craft a multi-course menu that reflects their distinct culinary perspectives and passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking. This is the kind of meal you talk about long after the last bite—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented and unforgettable in every way.
Each guest will receive a copy of The Blue Food Cookbook: Delicious Seafood Recipes for a Sustainable Future, co-authored by Chef Zimmern and sustainable seafood expert Barton Seaver—an inspiring guide to ocean-friendly cooking and responsible sourcing.
